About our client

Major projects in civil engineering, municipal infrastructure, water treatment, and building. To support its growth, the company is looking for a Civil Estimator who wishes to contribute to the analysis and preparation of various projects.

Your role

You will participate in the analysis of tenders and the preparation of cost estimates for civil engineering and building projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications;
  
• Perform quantity take-offs;
  
• Prepare cost estimates;
  
• Solicit and analyze bids from suppliers and subcontractors;
  
• Participate in the preparation of proposals;
  
• Collaborate with project and operations teams;
  
• Ensure the updating of cost databases.
  

Profile sought

• DEC or BAC in a relevant field;
  
• Experience in estimation in the construction, civil engineering, or building sector;
  
• Good analytical skills;
  
• Attention to detail and rigor;
  
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
